Description

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and pitching through demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Drive new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Build and grow a sales pipeline across logistics, commodities, energy, manufacturing, retail, and consulting sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to expand long-term account value.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts with clear growth quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with global Sales, Product, and Market Analysts to share market insights and inform product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and report on KPIs.
  • Help refine and scale LATAM sales strategy, best practices, and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling tech, SaaS, or data solutions within the Energy/Commodities sector across Latin America (must-have).
  • Trilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
  • Strong track record of winning new business and consistently exceeding quota.
  • An existing network of decision-makers across relevant LATAM industries.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and analytical abilities to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong team-first approach and long-term vision.
