Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for client-agency relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate copywriters, designers, and account associates to deliver campaigns on time and to standard.
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaign calendars for assigned clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, updates, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance, revenue, A/B testing results, and KPI progress.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to respond to client requests and implement new services or products.
  • Identify opportunities to improve results, expand services, and support upsell campaigns to client segments.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and help address satisfaction, performance, and churn risks.
  • Share industry best practices and findings with account leadership and support internal service needs.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience managing client accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading creative teams to deliver client work.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stay accountable, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • High adaptability, time management, focus, productivity, and responsiveness.
  • Experience working remotely or with distributed international teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite is required.
  • Experience with email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a strong plus.
  • Must be available during office hours Monday to Friday, 3-6 PM BCN time.
  • Must commit to 30-35 hours per week, or about 140 hours per month.
  • Must have a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and the ability to join video conferences.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Full-time contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
  • First two months paid as a trial-and-adaptation period at full rate.
  • Performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first review after 3-6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluated after 6-12 months.
  • Opportunity to work in a remote environment.
