Description

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from intake and discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client commitments.
  • Maintain visibility into product and feature queues and track dashboards for volume, SLA adherence, backlog health, and delivery timelines.
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions and facilitate quarterly commitment alignment across teams.
  • Review and track Product Owner updates in Jira and ensure changes to scope, budget, timeline, and risks are documented and reported.
  • Own risk and issue tracking through resolution and provide clear status, dependency, and timeline communications to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product backlog status, active development work, implementation-related features, and client-committed initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and managers to define feature scope, coordinate handoffs, and support prioritization decisions.
  • Improve delivery processes by evolving best practices, templates, frameworks, and dashboards.
  • Use metrics, trends, and data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational maturity.
  • Support business transition management so delivered features are understood and provide intended value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 2 years focused on product or technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of modern product and software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Lean.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive operational improvement.
  • Technical proficiency with the Atlassian suite, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Jira Product Discovery.
  • Experience designing and managing workflows that align business processes with platform capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across multiple levels of an organization.
