Description

  • Drive complex, multi-year programs spanning business units and company-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain a global view of the Product & Technology portfolio, including business outcomes, resources, dependencies, and sequencing impacts.
  • Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles and align roadmaps across organizations and product lines.
  • Establish portfolio-wide risk-management standards and address ambiguous, high-stakes issues.
  • Define executive reporting standards that connect delivery metrics with business outcomes.
  • Partner with VP, Director, and C-suite stakeholders to influence decisions across organizational boundaries.
  • Identify investment and outcome misalignment and recommend trade-offs that protect long-term value.
  • Set operational-excellence standards, including metrics, cadences, and playbooks that improve delivery predictability.
  • Mentor TPMs and help advance the practices, hiring standards, and operating model of the TPM function.
  • Design AI-first workflows and promote scalable, automated approaches to program operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience in complex technical environments.
  • Track record of leading company-wide programs with organization-wide impact.
  • Ability to define and manage ambiguous, cross-functional programs from strategic mandates.
  • Executive-ready communication skills for framing complex trade-offs to VP, Director, and C-suite audiences.
  • Experience influencing engineering, product, and go-to-market organizations without formal authority.
  • Expertise in multi-quarter and multi-year planning, dependency management, and risk frameworks.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including designing AI-first workflows and rapidly prototyping solutions.
  • Experience mentoring TPMs and contributing to the development of the program management discipline.
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
  • Business or technical degree, or equivalent experience; ongoing U.S. work authorization required.

  • Base salary range of $170,000–$215,000 USD plus a market-competitive incentive opportunity.
