Description

  • Lead delivery teams and shape the program’s strategic direction as the primary decision maker.
  • Manage technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of program performance across multiple efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, advising on strategic vision and direction.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross profit targets.
  • Develop strategic program plans, identify risks, and implement timely mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee contractual obligations and subcontractor deliverables.
  • Resolve conflicts, negotiate project outcomes, and turn delivery barriers into opportunities.
  • Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify organic and new business opportunities.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage team members, including performance reviews, timecards, PTO, and professional development.
  • Communicate and execute program and company objectives while ensuring contractual compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years managing technology service delivery projects.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within a client services organization.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile software development.
  • Working knowledge of federal contract execution.
  • Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage program financials, contractual obligations, risks, and delivery outcomes.
  • US citizenship or Green Card; Bellese does not offer sponsorship.
  • At least 3 years of US residency and ability to obtain a Public Trust position through a US Government background investigation.
