Description

  • Deliver data-driven, actionable customer insights that contribute to increased sales and profit through client loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Client Services teams to align on client objectives and deliver impactful results.
  • Build and maintain audience lists to support CRM campaign execution and engagement goals.
  • Analyze complex data sources and provide recommendations that support business objectives and loyalty program performance.
  • Develop data visualizations and narratives that make findings understandable for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design and develop new tools, models, and data sources.
  • Create learning agendas, test plans, and measurement approaches that improve attribution and maximize KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV.
  • Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and internal Kobie investments.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience.
  • Experience telling stories with data and influencing senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
  • Demonstrated success using customer segmentation techniques such as RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling.
  • Solid project management skills with experience juggling multiple projects at once.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Python and SQL programming experience preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Applied Mathematics, or an MBA, preferred.
  • Proficiency in fundamental marketing and loyalty principles, preferred.
