Description

  • Identify business challenges and develop multi-year global HR roadmaps.
  • Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives for global scalability.
  • Own annual talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential talent identification.
  • Partner with Finance and functional leaders on global workforce planning and headcount prioritization.
  • Collaborate with regional HR leaders to adapt global strategies to local legal and cultural requirements.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of performance, compensation, and DEI programs across regions.
  • Coach senior executives and advise on organizational health, leadership behavior, and people decisions.
  • Partner with Employee Relations on performance management and US disciplinary, investigation, grievance, and offboarding cases.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations on specialized solutions and process automation.
  • Support compensation strategy, pay equity, manager self-service, and HR systems optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting global or matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence across reporting lines and balance global functional priorities with regional requirements.
  • Ability to develop business-driven HR solutions and translate them into effective processes.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and strategic diplomacy skills.
  • Experience managing functional-versus-regional tensions and escalating issues through defined protocols.
  • Proficiency with Workday and data-driven HR analytics.
  • Expert judgment handling confidential, executive-level matters.
  • Availability to work in a US-based remote position.
