Description

  • Support end-to-end employee transition projects across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
  • Collect, validate, reconcile, and securely maintain employee, contract, payroll, and benefits data.
  • Maintain transition trackers, readiness plans, project documentation, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, HR teams, payroll, benefits, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Track milestones, follow up on action items, and escalate risks or delays.
  • Prepare client proposals, RFP responses, presentations, reports, and transition solutions.
  • Create onboarding materials, training guides, process documentation, templates, and operational playbooks.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support multiple concurrent projects.
  • Progress toward owning defined workstreams and managing smaller transition projects within 6–12 months, subject to readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, shared services, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Experience preparing presentations and client-facing materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience communicating with clients or senior internal stakeholders and managing follow-up actions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting M&A, employee transfers, global mobility, EOR, payroll, or HR outsourcing projects preferred.
  • Exposure to international HR and employment practices preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, project management, HRIS, or ticketing systems, and proposal or sales support preferred.
