Description

  • Own AE outreach activity, leads, conversion, and loan application volume against the company plan.
  • Set and evolve production standards based on lead mix and product changes.
  • Hire, develop, coach, and hold Account Executives accountable.
  • Own AE onboarding and ramp programs, including measurable time to productivity.
  • Design the organization, territories, coverage model, and headcount plan with Finance.
  • Develop distinct sales playbooks for retail lending partners and broader lender and agent audiences.
  • Design and evaluate AE compensation plans with People and Finance teams.
  • Deliver rolling forecasts and manage pipeline and forecasting cadence.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the AE channel and translate partner and borrower feedback into product, marketing, and operations improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of sales or business development experience in mortgage, real estate, or proptech, including 4+ years leading sales teams.
  • Recent lending experience required.
  • Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing sellers into consistent performers.
  • Experience owning a sales target and growing lead and application volume while forecasting accurately.
  • Deep understanding of retail lending decision-makers, including loan officers, team leads, and branch managers.
  • Ability to position and sell a Buy Before You Sell product and address cost, rate, and timing objections.
  • Strong understanding of competitive markets and sales positioning.
  • Experience designing or significantly influencing sales compensation plans.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working successfully in a fully remote, distributed environment; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight travel at least four times per year, and lift, carry, or push up to 20 pounds.
