Description

  • Own sign-up volume, new logo acquisition, and Growth ARR, and build the strategy and operating rhythm to deliver them consistently.
  • Build and run a continuous experimentation engine to improve acquisition and growth outcomes at scale.
  • Identify and develop new demand sources, including partnerships, integrations, emerging platforms, and distribution channels.
  • Lead the growth team as an AI-first organization by building AI-powered workflows and testing emerging tools.
  • Shape an integrated growth plan by synthesizing insights across campaigns, paid media, digital, and product.
  • Partner with the Director of Growth in R&D to connect marketing motions with product-led acquisition and improve sign-up-to-activation handoff.
  • Translate growth performance into clear narratives for senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Surface risks, emerging opportunities, and high-value bets before they show up in the numbers.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of growth experts.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading senior, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience owning a growth target and building the team and plan to achieve it.
  • Deep SaaS experience, ideally in a PLG or hybrid environment.
  • Strong understanding of self-serve acquisition and how marketing connects to ARR.
  • Fluency across paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, and web channels.
  • Experience leading through influence in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong command of funnel analytics, attribution, and growth modeling.
  • Hands-on experimentation with AI tools in your work and enthusiasm for continued adoption.
  • Ability to build effective operating rhythms, reviews, and feedback loops.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Base salary for U.S. locations is $220,000 to $330,000 USD.
