Description

  • Own and optimize landing pages in Webflow across paid, organic, partner, referral, home, and social traffic sources.
  • Build, configure, and run A/B tests in VWO across the acquisition funnel.
  • Use AI, Tableau, Hotjar, and behavioral data to generate hypotheses and identify testing opportunities.
  • Configure goals, debug tracking, and analyze test results without engineering support.
  • Improve visitor-to-lead and lead-to-customer conversion rates through experimentation.
  • Develop scalable CMS architecture for thousands of city and near-me pages across multiple brands and services.
  • Create a multi-quarter experimentation roadmap and feed learnings into future test cycles.
  • Document methodology standards, tooling, and processes for scaling the experimentation function.
  • Produce post-test result summaries quickly and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design the long-term structure of the experimentation program as a repeatable function.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience building in Webflow as a production environment.
  • Production-grade experience running A/B tests in VWO or similar experimentation tools.
  • Comfort configuring tracking, goals, and test instrumentation without engineering support.
  • Statistical fluency with two-tailed p-tests, underpowered tests, peeking, and interaction effects.
  • Ability to analyze data in Tableau and interpret experiment results correctly.
  • Daily use of AI for hypothesis generation, copy development, and analysis acceleration.
  • Experience finding friction through screen recordings, customer calls, and customer feedback.
  • Ability to work independently as a solo operator and move quickly from idea to shipped test.
  • Ability to explain statistical results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Point of view on when p-tests are appropriate versus alternative methods.
