Description

  • Own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, podcast, OOH, and emerging channels with full budget and CAC accountability.
  • Build SEO, content, and web conversion strategy to drive durable organic growth.
  • Lead acquisition creative strategy, including direct response formats and briefing paid social and video creative.
  • Develop referral, ambassador, and influencer programs as acquisition channels.
  • Build attribution infrastructure and measurement strategy to understand true growth drivers.
  • Run experimentation programs focused on acquisition efficiency and subscription conversion.
  • Partner with Finance on budget planning, competitive intelligence, and ROI reporting.
  • Lead a lean team of employees, freelancers, and agency partners, including hiring and development.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with meaningful time in consumer health, wellness, or DTC subscription.
  • Track record of scaling paid acquisition budgets from $0 to millions of dollars with real budget authority.
  • Hands-on fluency with paid social platforms such as Meta and TikTok, SEM, and attribution tooling.
  • Ability to build your own analyses; SQL is a plus and Mixpanel/Amplitude are expected.
  • Strong creative judgment and experience moving metrics through acquisition creative.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving, high-ownership 0-to-1 environments.
  • Active work authorization in the US.
  • Experience building consumer growth engines from scratch is strongly preferred.
