Description

  • Own sign-up volume, new logo acquisition, and Growth ARR, and build the strategy, team, and operating rhythm to deliver them consistently.
  • Build and run a continuous experimentation engine that uses test-and-learn cycles to improve growth outcomes.
  • Identify and develop new sources of demand through partnerships, integrations, emerging platforms, and new distribution channels.
  • Lead the growth team as an AI-first organization by building AI-powered workflows and experimenting with emerging tools.
  • Shape an integrated growth plan across campaigns, paid media, digital, and product.
  • Partner with the Director of Growth in R&D to connect marketing motion with product-led acquisition and improve the sign-up-to-activated-customer handoff.
  • Translate growth performance into clear narratives for senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Surface emerging risks and opportunities early and recommend the bets worth making.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of growth experts.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading senior, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience owning a growth target or business number.
  • Deep SaaS experience, ideally in a PLG or hybrid environment.
  • Fluency across paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, and web channels.
  • Strong command of funnel analytics, attribution, and growth modeling.
  • Experience collaborating in matrixed, cross-functional environments and leading through influence.
  • Active experience experimenting with AI in work processes and interest in emerging AI tools.
  • Strong ability to build operating rhythms, reviews, and feedback loops for a growth team.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Base salary range for U.S. locations: $220,000 to $330,000 USD.
  • Preferred: experience in a self-serve acquisition model and connecting marketing directly to ARR.
