Description

  • Adapt and execute educational materials developed by the Curriculum Development team.
  • Deliver customer training in formats including small group sessions, large webinars, in-person events, and personalized workshops.
  • Drive customer success and growth by improving training-related KPIs such as product adoption, feature usage, and retention.
  • Develop and launch new 1-to-many training strategies to increase attendance and content consumption.
  • Present engaging live trainings to audiences ranging from 1-on-1 sessions to events with over 1,000 attendees.
  • Collaborate with Customer Education, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Curriculum Development teams on learning goals and execution.
  • Measure training success and iterate on programs using quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Provide actionable insights that inform curriculum updates and product roadmap decisions.
  • Support a large customer base with a customer-centric, at-scale approach.
  • Use AI to improve workflows and build smarter systems of work.

Requirements

  • Experience building and nurturing customer relationships through live trainings and webinars.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across in-person, phone, video, and email.
  • Comfort presenting live, on camera, and creating engaging video or live session content.
  • Ability to analyze data using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Background or strong interest in marketing, especially for DTC brands.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms and advising customers on marketing strategy is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively on collaborative cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using AI in work or personal projects and interest in learning AI tools and workflows quickly.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, or industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $88,000 to $132,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in total compensation.
