Description

  • Deliver eBL onboarding, training, and client support after contract signing.
  • Guide users through full eBL workflows and ensure correct operational procedures are followed.
  • Provide functional and operational support to agri-trading firms, vessel carriers, banks, and agents.
  • Maintain communication with clients across regions and gather feedback for service improvements.
  • Handle first-line eBL issues, perform triage, and escalate cases when needed.
  • Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base content, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and work toward meeting KPIs.
  • Support operational users across different cultures and organizations.
  • Manage multiple parallel tasks while keeping work structured and organized.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, trade operations, digital adoption, or similar operational roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or higher.
  • Direct B2B experience working with enterprise-level customers.
  • Hands-on experience with bulk shipping, agricultural commodity trading, logistics/supply chain, or trade execution workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with operational users across different cultures and organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks without losing structure.
  • Strong analytical skills for operational problem-solving.
  • Experience creating training content, knowledge base materials, or user guides.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Commodities Trading, Supply Chain, Business, or Information Systems is a plus.
