Description

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for GTM Sales Systems focused on Accounts and Opportunities.
  • Define how sellers interact with account data and how opportunity workflows improve deal velocity.
  • Lead discovery, write product requirements, and define acceptance criteria for system changes and enhancements.
  • Own sprint prioritization and drive execution to deliver outcomes tied to business KPIs.
  • Shape data architecture and data quality for foundational sales domains.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business, including sales leadership and the CIO organization, to align priorities and outcomes.
  • Evaluate workflows with an AI-first mindset and redesign processes to use human-led, AI-augmented, or AI-automated approaches appropriately.
  • Present product vision and progress to senior business leaders.
  • Use Salesforce as the current platform while thinking beyond any single tool to determine the right experience and architecture.

Requirements

  • Experience owning product vision, roadmap, and delivery in a product owner or similar role.
  • Deep CRM expertise, with Salesforce experience relevant to GTM sales systems.
  • Ability to write product requirements and define success metrics.
  • Experience driving discovery, prioritization, and delivery in a fast-scaling enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of account and opportunity workflows, seller processes, and sales system architecture.
  • Comfort presenting product strategy to senior executives and writing detailed sprint acceptance criteria.
  • AI fluency with responsible use of AI, including privacy, security, bias awareness, and human-in-the-loop practices.
  • Up to 10% travel required for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, or equivalent experience is not specified in the posting (if applicable, candidates should confirm with recruiter).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $132,000 to $198,000 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Eligibility for annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, where applicable.
