Description

  • Lead product management and ownership for AI, ML, or GenAI initiatives.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on product direction.
  • Facilitate workshops to support discovery, planning, and decision-making.
  • Work with teams on solution architecture and system integrations.
  • Support delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Shape product strategies using analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Coordinate AI-related product work involving LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI copilots or assistants.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Experience leading AI, ML, or GenAI projects.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI copilots or AI assistants, and API AI integrations.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with product backlogs and user stories.
  • Understanding of digital and solution architecture and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
  • English and Polish at B2/C1 level; Polish language is a must-have.
  • Nice to have: Scrum/Product Owner certifications, experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI or Google Vertex AI, knowledge of Data Science and MLOps basics, and experience in retail or marketing.
