Description

  • Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the BDR organization.
  • Develop and execute the BDR strategy for global enablement programs, including sales methodology, sales process, and product launches.
  • Own and improve the BDR onboarding program, including program management, content creation, SME coordination, reporting, and facilitation.
  • Own and enhance the BDR-to-AE advancement program to prepare promotion-ready BDRs for AE roles.
  • Build a comprehensive approach to ongoing BDR skill development from hire through promotion and beyond.
  • Conduct needs and gap analyses using enablement councils, 1:1s, surveys, and other data sources.
  • Coach front-line managers and BDRs on prospecting best practices.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to create BDR-specific content for prospect and customer conversations.
  • Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews and report on prior-quarter results.
  • Measure enablement success metrics and present project plans, strategies, and updates to Sales Leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales/GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company.
  • Strong project and program management experience.
  • Direct experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, preferably selling to Mid-Market or Enterprise prospects.
  • Deep understanding of sales dynamics with the ability to build trust and support frontline teams.
  • Experience designing engaging workshops and facilitating sessions.
  • Comfort working in an ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent proactive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, shape expectations, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to set strategic direction and translate vision into a clear global strategy.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to use analysis to influence change.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
  • AI fluency and tangible examples of using AI to improve productivity.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, team meetings, client or partner work, and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $128,000 to $192,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles.
