Description

  • Design, launch, and manage the end-to-end technical certification framework for engineering roles.
  • Create certification pathways aligned with company goals and track completion, exam success, and budget utilization.
  • Administer the Leapsome LMS, including user access, course library management, and tool integrations.
  • Design and maintain learning paths based on business needs and stakeholder requirements.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain internal training materials, recordings, and other learning content in the LMS.
  • Prepare custom reports, data extracts, and learning path analytics for stakeholders.
  • Develop learning programs for different roles and seniority levels aligned with the competency model.
  • Coordinate and improve vendor-related learning logistics, including vendor selection, evaluation, contracts, payments, and supplier management.
  • Manage the corporate English program end to end, including requests, enrollment, instructor operations, billing, payments, feedback, and progress assessments.
  • Support training coordination, including promotional materials, event logistics, email campaigns, and feedback collection.
  • Contribute to internal learning initiatives such as knowledge-sharing events and monthly newsletters.
  • Advise teams and individuals on appropriate learning formats, platforms, and resources.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing and using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Background working in an IT, Product, or Software Development company.
  • Proven experience managing tech-focused T&D programs, specifically technical certification pathways.
  • Familiarity with major tech certification ecosystems such as AWS, Microsoft, or Anthropic.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at B2 level.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Experience developing competency matrices and identifying learning resources is a plus.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories or instructional design principles is a plus.
