Description

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for approximately 40 customers and own the customer success relationship.
  • Develop tailored success plans that drive platform adoption and help customers achieve their goals.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional Klaviyo products that can increase customer revenue.
  • Review customer performance proactively, address open issues, and manage escalation and messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internal teams to support customer outcomes.
  • Set priorities and create plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide both strategic guidance and tactical support to customers.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users across multiple channels.
  • Contribute product feedback to improve customer engagement and the platform experience.
  • Promote a collaborative, empathetic, and inclusive team environment while exploring AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success experience with a track record of managing multiple stakeholder relationships on an account.
  • Experience explaining how to achieve business goals using software to end users.
  • Track record of creative problem solving for customers and end users.
  • Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy.
  • Comfort discussing account renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference, and email.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing customer relationships through Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a quickly changing environment.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools or workflows is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $72,000 to $108,000 USD.
  • Participation in the annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation/OTE for sales and customer success roles.
  • Equity and sign-on payments may be included in total compensation.
  • Comprehensive health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, based on eligibility.
  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
  • Flexible consideration of location-based salary within the U.S. market.
