Description

  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to customers’ desired business outcomes.
  • Ensure customers maximize the value of their Connecteam investment and fully use their licenses.
  • Consult with customers to solve problems and help them achieve their goals.
  • Analyze customer data to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices relevant to customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success.
  • Work with customers to create new use cases and success stories.
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly by coordinating resources across the company.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, high-energy, entrepreneurial self-starter who can run initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience helping customers deploy products and realize product value.
  • Experience building relationships with senior business and platform stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback, idea-sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred: experience working in a global team at an international company.
  • Preferred: experience in an international, remote-first SaaS company.
  • Preferred: background in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or related industries.
