Description

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of small business customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and product adoption.
  • Help customers achieve maximum value from Podium products and support their business objectives.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively manage renewals to secure retention and reduce churn.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins to assess satisfaction, uncover needs, and recommend improvements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and escalations while anticipating and addressing potential challenges.
  • Build trusted customer relationships and advocate for customer feedback internally with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Services Manager.
  • Experience in the software or SaaS industry, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI technologies such as LLMs, Voice AI, and automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI technologies in real-world contexts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex software concepts.
  • Empathetic, customer-centric mindset focused on customer success.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools, preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer support software, preferred.
  • Knowledge of online reputation management and customer feedback processes, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
