Description

  • Lead medium- and high-value clients, including Enterprise Groups of properties, through the onboarding process.
  • Conduct training courses on the use of the Mews POS powered by Bizzon for new and existing customers and Mews employees.
  • Liaise with customers via video conferencing and email to educate and motivate them throughout onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain training courses delivered through webcasts, video, and the online classroom.
  • Ensure existing training programs meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate ad hoc online training sessions during the onboarding process.
  • Consult hotels proactively on ways to improve usage of the Mews system.
  • Manage relationships with smaller clients while supporting their success and product adoption.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Higher education, preferably in Hotel Management or F&B Management.
  • Experience in the hotel, restaurant, or F&B industries is preferred.
  • Experience with project management, training, and onboarding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Outgoing, social, and able to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners across countries and organizational levels.
  • Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and adapt to new situations.
  • A genuine interest in innovative software and disruptive technology.
  • Strong ability to clearly and enthusiastically share knowledge with clients and colleagues.
