Description

  • Develop and execute a land-and-expand strategy for Velocity accounts and high-potential non-retail organizations.
  • Own new business generation within a strategic whitespace territory.
  • Partner with Large Enterprise AEs on complex, high-value opportunities and collaborate on co-sell motions.
  • Take ownership of pre-qualified enterprise opportunities with existing stakeholder and business context.
  • Conduct personalized, multi-threaded outreach into non-retail verticals.
  • Lead deep-dive discovery sessions and build ROI-backed business cases and tailored demos.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene, pipeline stages, and forecasting documentation.
  • Coordinate BDRs, Solutions Architects, and Marketing teams to run a unified sales process.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience as a closing Account Executive in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong performance record at the Large Enterprise level.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication ability with large groups and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to translate business objectives into ROI-justified use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience multi-threading and navigating complex buying committees, including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Procurement.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Comfort interpreting funnel signals and applying business metrics such as ROI and TCO.
  • Active desire to learn, openness to coaching, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Experience in non-retail verticals or enterprise deal mechanics is a plus.

  • Base salary range of $128,000 to $192,000 USD.
  • Participation in the annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation / OTE for sales and customer success roles.
