Description

  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Absence, Time Off, and Time Tracking.
  • Lead solution design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Time Tracking, Time Off, and Absence Management modules.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, Operations, IT, and the business to build scalable global solutions.
  • Ensure time and absence solutions meet transactional, reporting, and analytical business needs.
  • Support mapping of time and attendance data to external payroll partners with the integrations lead.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain stability and reliability.
  • Monitor Workday releases, evaluate new functionality, and assess business impacts and benefits.
  • Support end-user education, change management, and adoption of new functionality and process changes.
  • Define and help execute the multi-year Workday roadmap for absence, time off, and time tracking.
  • Provide Tier 3 functional support and configuration expertise within the cloud support model.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technology product management or functional lead role focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Workday experience with expertise in Absence, Time Off, and Time Tracking configuration and management.
  • Workday qualification for Absence plans and Time Tracking.
  • Knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, business processes, and security models.
  • Experience managing and supporting the Workday bi-annual release cycle.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience translating end-user needs into scalable, system-minded solutions.
  • Solid organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to plan strategy and tactics.
  • Experience overlaying Workday HCM capabilities into time sheeting and projects is required.
  • Experience supporting legislative and cultural requirements across multiple countries is preferred.
