Description

  • Provide support to employees and clients on benefits questions, including plan details, enrollment, invoicing, and platform usage.
  • Process and resolve tickets and escalations through Zendesk and email.
  • Perform accurate benefits-related data tasks such as preparation, entry, and downloads.
  • Help define, document, and execute standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits team and other departments to analyze customer needs and deliver solutions.
  • Support the administration of benefits programs to keep plans and policies running smoothly.
  • Maintain operations process documentation and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Research, organize, and document knowledge in Notion.
  • Serve as an internal and external champion of Remote’s values and the Benefits team’s goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations and employee benefits, ideally supporting US PEO services.
  • Strong customer service focus and commitment to excellent support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask across multiple tech tools.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently as a "manager of one."
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Remote work experience is preferred but not required.

  • Annual salary range of $35,250 to $89,250 USD.
