Description

  • Support the Producer or Lead Producer in planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned development projects.
  • Help ensure the team delivers a high-quality product within agreed budget and scope.
  • Organize, execute, and monitor project activities across one or more development areas.
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor schedules, task boards, documentation, and production reports.
  • Track milestone progress and follow up on outstanding tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate team and sub-team meetings and document actions and decisions.
  • Maintain communication between development disciplines, leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Support milestone deliverable preparation, review, and submission to clients and management.
  • Identify production risks, blockers, and resource constraints and escalate them appropriately.
  • Support onboarding, retrospectives, project reviews, and continuous production process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, production, project management, or team coordination.
  • Previous experience supporting a PC, console, or live-operations game project preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Jira, Hansoft, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to prepare schedules, task trackers, meeting notes, status reports, and other production documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams across art, design, engineering, QA, and audio.
  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and problem areas and raise them to stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced development environment.
  • An enthusiasm for video games and a good understanding of the PC and console gaming market.
  • Experience with Scrum, Agile, or other iterative project-management methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with SAFe or another scaled Agile framework preferred.
  • Experience with live operations, post-launch content delivery, co-development, or work-for-hire projects preferred.
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams, client-facing coordination, or external development partners preferred.
  • Relevant project-management training or certification preferred.
