Description

  • Own and grow a defined territory and customer portfolio while carrying an annual ARR quota.
  • Manage the full sales cycle end to end, including qualification, discovery, value articulation, ROI demonstration, proposal, and close.
  • Build, maintain, and execute a territory plan and present results through quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity management in CRM.
  • Use internal sales processes and tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Seismic, and BI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to deliver strong customer experiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor with a customer-first mindset and advocate Keyloop's FUSION ARP strategy.
  • Gather customer feedback, manage expectations, and share market and customer insights internally.
  • Follow company and departmental procedures and contribute constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Continuously develop product, industry, and sales knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker based in Spain with fluent English.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS native solutions or technology-led solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with monthly ARR expectations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external presentations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities in a high-activity sales environment.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM and revenue tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or Outreach.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a flexible, positive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience in automotive or mobility is a strong advantage.
  • Academic qualifications are not required; selection is based on experience and potential.
