Description

  • Define and lead the transformation operating model, standards, governance, and ways of working.
  • Own portfolio prioritisation, reporting, RAID management, stage gates, and benefits tracking.
  • Drive delivery pace, accountability, risk mitigation, and dependency management across multi-year programmes.
  • Partner with the CFO, COO, executive leaders, function heads, and sponsors to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Build and scale transformation delivery capability across the organisation.
  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage a global team of transformation and programme leaders.
  • Own group-level data and reporting initiatives, including adoption of a common platform and single source of truth.
  • Prepare executive and investor reporting, presentations, progress updates, and escalations.
  • Embed business process improvement, operational best practices, and change management approaches.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year, cross-functional transformation programmes, ideally in a PE-backed or high-growth environment.
  • Experience building or leading an Enterprise or Global PMO or portfolio management function.
  • Deep understanding of PE-backed business dynamics, value creation plans, investor reporting, and rapid decision cycles.
  • Experience standardising enterprise data and reporting, preferably through a common BI platform and single dataset.
  • Proven leadership of global, multi-layered teams through senior leaders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with CFO/COO, executive, investor, and cross-functional audiences.
  • 7–10 years of experience in strategic planning, programme management, and change management, including 5–7 years in end-to-end business process redesign.
  • 7–10 years of experience in technology or enterprise software companies.
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Power BI; software/SaaS transformation experience, PMP/PRINCE2/MSP/Prosci certification, and an MBA are desirable.
