Description

  • Direct and manage RFP responses for contract renewals and new business opportunities.
  • Analyze RFP requirements and identify opportunities aligned with HSAG’s business lines.
  • Develop proposal timelines, templates, and milestone plans.
  • Coordinate writing, editing, and review activities involving proposal writers and subject matter experts.
  • Conduct compliance, editorial, formatting, and final quality reviews.
  • Write and edit executive summaries, transmittal letters, corporate backgrounds, past performance sections, biographies, resumes, and related content.
  • Compile reference materials and proposal documents, then submit completed responses.
  • Maintain proposal resources, databases, staff resumes, biographies, and an up-to-date record of HSAG expertise.
  • Improve RFP production processes for quality, efficiency, and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • College degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience writing and producing RFP responses in healthcare or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under time constraints and changing conditions.
  • Experience interpreting technical documents, requirements, and instructions and translating them into actionable deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and advanced reasoning skills, including defining problems, collecting data, and drawing conclusions.
  • Ability to design, implement, and manage action plans.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, and Outlook; knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe, internet-based research, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and work occasional extended hours when deadlines require.
