Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives across DACH and Benelux.
  • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and performance management for the regional sales function.
  • Lead the team through organisational and commercial change while maintaining engagement and momentum.
  • Own and deliver the regional revenue number and set ambitious but achievable growth targets.
  • Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, including account profiling and routes to market.
  • Partner with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, SalesOps, and Product to generate pipeline and execute deals.
  • Champion a customer-centric sales approach that supports long-term value and retention.
  • Implement rigorous pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and sales methodology discipline across the team.
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Present regional performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and PE stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a senior sales leader in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrable success scaling teams and revenue in the DACH and/or Benelux markets.
  • Deep experience leading transformational change in a sales organisation.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing sales teams from the ground up or through significant change.
  • Experience operating within a private equity-backed business and understanding PE growth metrics and reporting expectations.
  • Strong background in cross-functional collaboration to align sales with broader commercial objectives.
  • Exceptional pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into insight and action.
  • Experience using AI toolsets to support analysis and optimisation.
  • Outstanding communication and executive presence with credibility among C-suite stakeholders and PE investors.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is required and Dutch is highly advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal management.
  • The role does not require academic qualifications; selection is based on experience and potential.
