Description

  • Manage a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States.
  • Drive revenue growth for the enterprise region.
  • Coach and develop existing sales reps and leaders.
  • Hire and retain strong talent across the team, from leaders to account executives.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with GTM, G&A, and R&D leaders to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
  • Travel as needed to support deal creation, deal closure, and team management needs.
  • Take ultimate responsibility for the region’s success, reputation, and culture.
  • Help articulate the value of Grafana Labs’ solutions and build strong prospect relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional results for the team and the business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of second- or third-line SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives in a fast-paced, technical, client acquisition-driven business.
  • Ideally, prior experience leading product-led sales teams.
  • Experience working with a complex, technical product.
  • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, remote environment.
  • Growth mindset and a proactive, data-backed approach to solving challenges.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with GTM, G&A, and R&D leaders.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
  • United States compensation range: $450,000 - $490,000 OTE.
  • Compensation may vary by level, experience, skillset, and location.
