Description

  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects in Germany and across DACH.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive clients and major dealer groups.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and communicate Keyloop’s business impact.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform product development and innovation.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling of additional services.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to meet and exceed client needs.
  • Manage the full sales funnel from prospecting and qualification through closing.
  • Develop multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and Keyloop goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and progress toward targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and Dutch.
  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience using AI in sales to enhance sales functionality and capability.
  • Proven track record in technology solution sales with ROI based on business process change or optimization.
  • Experience with a structured sales approach including prospecting, contact management, qualification, presentation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to analyze markets objectively and identify relevant target prospects.
  • Experience developing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Highly computer literate with familiarity with CRM/SFA systems.
  • No academic qualifications required; selection is based on experience and potential.
