Description

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of four Marketing Account Managers through coaching, mentorship, and performance oversight.
  • Own Keyloop’s largest and most strategically important managed service accounts as a senior strategic partner.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing strategies for key clients.
  • Build strong executive-level relationships and drive long-term account growth and retention.
  • Explore, evaluate, and introduce AI-driven opportunities to improve marketing service efficiency, performance, and client value.
  • Use data from GA4, BI tools, and marketing platforms to analyse performance and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Lead client status calls, monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews, and present performance insights and future strategy.
  • Act as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Customer Success, Product, Brand, and Communications teams to identify growth opportunities and create case studies.
  • Support new business pitches and strategic proposals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience managing or leading a team of client-facing professionals.
  • Strong experience handling large, complex, or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and paid social.
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and data analysis tools.
  • Interest in or exposure to AI technologies within marketing.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across clients and team responsibilities.
  • Academic qualifications are not required; selection is based on experience and potential.
