Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract high-value qualified investment leads.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of investment prospects across key sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
  • Manage initial lead generation for new targets and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the Investment Development team to progress qualified leads.
  • Identify and engage relevant decision-makers in target markets.
  • Initiate and conduct introductory meetings with potential investors.
  • Organize and manage DMC meetings and in-market trips.
  • Develop team budgets, travel calendars, and operational requirements.
  • Build strategic relationships with multipliers to increase investment referrals.
  • Identify business development opportunities to improve sector ecosystems.
  • Raise Bahrain's profile as an investment destination through outreach and communications.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics on market activities.
  • Develop marketing and communications strategies for deal sourcing.
  • Conduct investor due diligence and qualification.
  • Stay current on business trends and market developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of FDI work experience.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
  • Experience in business development and investment attraction.
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, written and spoken.
  • Strategic thinking and vision driving are required leadership competencies.
  • Experience with change management, strategic networking, achievement orientation, customer centricity, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.
  • Experience in business planning and development, project management, risk management, client relationship management, and market analysis and research.

  • Competitive salary of up to SGD 163,000 to SGD 240,000.
