Description

  • Build a repeatable outbound business development engine to identify ideal clients and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Create and run multi-touch outreach campaigns to open new client relationships and secure signed search engagements.
  • Lead the consultative sales process from initial discovery and scoping through proposal development, pricing negotiations, and agreement close.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, including the full candidate lifecycle and client satisfaction throughout each mandate.
  • Own pipeline management, track performance metrics, and maintain full accountability for financial outcomes and revenue generation.
  • Represent the Keller brand while delivering excellent hires on retained or contingent search mandates.
  • Collaborate on cross-border or overflow mandates through the broader Keller and Haldren network when available.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience with full 360-degree lifecycle delivery.
  • Proven record of new-business creation, including building or implementing an outbound strategy that converts outreach into signed engagements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in territory planning, proposal development, retained/contingent pricing, pipeline hygiene, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Ability to operate effectively as an independent business owner rather than only filling roles.
  • Technically fluent with LinkedIn and a CRM/ATS.
  • Strong written communication skills and confidence on both video and phone calls.
  • Sound judgement regarding confidentiality, data privacy, and compliance in the local market.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable working with high autonomy.
  • Experience opening senior-level doors is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with marketing assets, playbooks, and revenue-share models is beneficial.
