Description

  • Coordinate interviews across teams, locations, business functions, and time zones.
  • Manage interview logistics, including calendar invitations, meeting links, room bookings, and required travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain efficient interview workflows.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and interview records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Monitor interview activity, identify scheduling challenges, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Communicate with candidates and stakeholders in a timely, professional, and inclusive manner.
  • Support recruitment reporting and scheduling metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, scheduling, HR administration, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Excellent professional and candidate-focused communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling scheduling challenges.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Commitment to creating exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
