Description

  • Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, high-performance Java applications with a strong focus on microservices.
  • Build and optimize cloud-based applications using AWS services such as ECS, EC2, SQS, DynamoDB, and RDS.
  • Collaborate with product managers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver software solutions.
  • Lead architectural decisions and advocate for engineering best practices while remaining hands-on in Java development.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to improve system efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Mentor and support less experienced developers while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Work on multitenant architecture and deliver robust, high-performance applications for the platform.
  • Use modern AI development tools in the design and implementation of software solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, including J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Strong experience with AWS services such as ECS, EC2, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, and RDS.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design, scaling, and optimization.
  • Proven experience designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot and Docker.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications in AWS cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI and MCP, along with a strong understanding of core AI principles and fundamentals. (preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. (preferred)
