Description

  • Define and operationalize customer lifecycle stages from onboarding through advocacy with clear entry and exit criteria.
  • Develop segment-specific lifecycle journeys aligned to MSP maturity, product footprint, and use cases.
  • Design and run automated adoption programs that improve time-to-value.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to generate measurable expansion pipeline and support renewal readiness.
  • Create scalable programs triggered by usage thresholds, product gaps, operational risk indicators, and renewal timing.
  • Develop customer-facing assets and messaging frameworks that reinforce product value and reduce churn.
  • Define lifecycle KPIs and translate insights into dashboards, alerts, and predictive signals with RevOps.
  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and partner with Product and PMM on improvements.
  • Expand customer proof programs such as reviews, case studies, testimonials, and references.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Comms, and Product Marketing to amplify customer stories across global channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience driving adoption, retention, or expansion through data-driven programs.
  • Ability to translate product and usage data into lifecycle insights and interventions.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Sales, Customer Success, PMM, and RevOps.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and experience creating customer-facing, value-focused assets.
  • Familiarity with MSPs, IT operations, cybersecurity, or B2B infrastructure tools is a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-moving environments with measurable customer outcome goals is preferred.
  • Ability to operate in a high-visibility role at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Renewals.
