Description

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with C-level internal and external stakeholders to align Celonis with strategic objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional Celonis teams to ensure customer engagements are properly staffed and executed.
  • Guide customers on organization design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase platform adoption.
  • Own the end-to-end customer value journey and customer success outcomes for strategic accounts.
  • Influence senior customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to establish the Celonis program roadmap and detailed value plans.
  • Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams in a timely and effective manner.
  • Align Celonis delivery with customer strategy and business targets to solve business-critical problems.
  • Drive value realization, adoption, project completion, client satisfaction, and usage/adoption targets.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards, act as the voice of the customer, and contribute to thought leadership and value engineering assets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related industries such as production or manufacturing.
  • Strong experience driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep exposure to successful change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and influence through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Experience working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Natural, consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong team-player mindset with patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into a customer’s business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
