Description

  • Proactively engage clients to understand evolving needs, business objectives, and challenges.
  • Maintain regular customer communications and provide pre-emptive solutions to improve the customer experience.
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor usage metrics and address adoption hurdles to support product growth and retention.
  • Develop product and integration knowledge to clearly communicate value to customers.
  • Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices through personalized sessions.
  • Collaborate with specialists and cross-functional teams to support customer needs and drive sales.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and process improvements.
  • Support new customer onboarding and create tailored action plans to improve product adoption.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-week sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the UK/I market.
  • Experience in inside sales within a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong motivation, coachability, competitiveness, and resilience.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as an energetic team player.
  • Exposure to CRM applications, especially Salesforce, to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Drive to earn significant sales commissions.
