Description

  • Lead new business development by identifying and closing sales opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Engage executive-level decision makers, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, and VPs.
  • Overcome objections, secure next steps, and support successful deal closure.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and product specialists.
  • Use video conferencing and personalized video communication to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene and accurate opportunity forecasting.
  • Participate in account reviews with management and cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver a professional and seamless customer experience from first meeting through post-sale follow-up.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a hunter role.
  • Proven ability to prospect, cold call leads, and close deals.
  • High energy, driven, and passionate about sales and customer success.
  • Desire to earn significant sales commissions.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong focus on metrics and KPIs.
  • Motivated, competitive, and resilient with a go-getter mindset.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM applications, especially Salesforce, to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
