Description

  • Discover and develop new business opportunities within a designated portfolio of accounts.
  • Build relationships with executives and decision-makers across target organizations.
  • Assess the strategic and operational needs of target accounts and position Celonis solutions to meet them.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal and closing.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations for specific use cases, with support from Value Engineering as needed.
  • Partner with consulting firms, SaaS partners, and Big4 organizations to create new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business development representatives, value engineers, partner managers, and marketing specialists to support pipeline generation and deal execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in SaaS sales, including both expanding existing business and winning new business.
  • 5 years of experience selling into the federal government.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Track record of selling enterprise software applications to C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of business processes and KPIs, such as Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or enterprise technology providers.
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $130,000 to $153,000 USD for the Washington, D.C. location.
  • Total compensation includes base salary, bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and merit-based refresh grants.
