Description

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Architect and build scalable, high-performing solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and related tools.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture documentation and solution designs focused on performance and reliability.
  • Improve platform efficiency through user experience enhancements, performance optimization, and system upgrades.
  • Follow coding standards and best practices, including code reviews and writing efficient, reusable, scalable code.
  • Use Salesforce development lifecycle tools and processes, including DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
  • Customize Salesforce using point-and-click configuration and programmatic development such as Apex, Triggers, and SOQL.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues while providing timely support to internal teams.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, SOAP web services, and REST web services.
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Cloud.
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce project work, architecture design, and system integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Preferred: Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification.
  • Preferred: Salesforce CPQ, Sales, or Service certification.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  • Preferred: Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
  • Preferred: Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools.
