Description

  • Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform with a focus on AI-driven automation.
  • Develop and configure AI-powered features such as Einstein Bots, Next Best Action, and generative AI tools to automate service workflows.
  • Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Use AI productivity tools to accelerate development tasks such as unit testing and code refactoring.
  • Work closely with US-based clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Advise clients on Service Cloud best practices and the strategic adoption of Salesforce AI features.
  • Integrate Service Cloud with external data sources and AI models to support a unified Customer 360 view.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, especially Agentforce and the Data Cloud ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot complex integrations and optimize AI model performance within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce development.
  • Strong experience or proficiency with AI tools for development or Salesforce Einstein features.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for global communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with data migration, integration tools, and object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Understanding of Service Cloud features and Einstein for Service or generative AI functionalities.
  • Ability to craft and refine prompts for LLM integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, or Platform Developer I are beneficial.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or vector databases is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud is beneficial.
