Description

  • Partner with US stakeholders to design voice-of-the-customer journeys and a 360-degree view of client interactions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS Connect, including CTI, contact flows, and real-time data synchronization.
  • Architect and deploy full-stack web applications using React and Node.js to improve the agent experience and connect with Salesforce and AWS APIs.
  • Implement Agentforce and AWS AI services such as Amazon Lex or Polly to automate self-service voice bots and intelligent call routing.
  • Manage and optimize AWS Lambda functions and supporting backend services for call center and CRM connectivity.
  • Document integration architectures, operating procedures, and technical workflows for sustaining teams.
  • Act as a bridge between Web, Salesforce, and DevOps teams to share cloud communications best practices.
  • Consult with stakeholders on technical strategy and best-fit cloud solutions for customer service operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
  • 3+ years of fullstack web development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with AWS Connect or similar cloud-based call center technologies.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, and LWC.
  • Experience with Service Cloud Voice is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of REST and WebSockets for real-time communication.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and integrating LLMs for customer service automation.
  • Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken, for direct collaboration with US-based clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex integrations and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
  • Experience with Amazon QuickSight or Salesforce Tableau is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and SFDX is beneficial.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation is beneficial.
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum development environments is beneficial.
