Description

Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
Develop tailored account strategies, including regular check-ins and business reviews.
Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics to address challenges and support expansion.
Own sales targets and work to consistently exceed quota.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to support customer experiences and solution implementation.
Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, accounts, and sales activity.
Contribute to short-term and long-term revenue generation strategies.

Requirements

1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Motivated, coachable, competitive, and resilient.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
