Description

  • Proactively engage clients to understand their evolving needs and business objectives.
  • Initiate regular customer communications to anticipate challenges and provide pre-emptive solutions.
  • Partner with customers to identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor usage metrics and address adoption hurdles to support product uptake.
  • Follow sales checklists, processes, and timelines to execute account growth strategies.
  • Develop an understanding of Kaseya products and integrations to communicate customer value.
  • Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices through personalized sessions.
  • Collaborate with specialists and cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Support onboarding for new clients and develop tailored action plans to improve adoption.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the Swedish market.
  • Experience in inside sales within a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Driven, passionate about sales, and motivated by earning commissions.
  • Motivated, coachable, competitive, and resilient sales professional.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-week sales forecasts.
  • Exposure to CRM applications, especially Salesforce, for managing leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
