Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and contractual documents for internal renewal meetings.
  • Engage with clients to understand renewal goals and desired outcomes.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other details to achieve favorable renewal outcomes.
  • Partner with Suite Account Managers, Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, and Finance to support retention goals.
  • Extend customer contracts for multiple years.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of customer contracts, NiCE billing methods, products, services, and competitors.
  • Track retention and revenue growth metrics using Salesforce, Excel, and other sources.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level customer contacts.
  • Identify renewal risks and recommend actions to mitigate them.
  • Create contract documents, presentations, emails, and spreadsheets to support contract management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of applicable experience in contract negotiation.
  • 4+ years of experience in contact center or service delivery.
  • Experience with SaaS billing models.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting customer contract timelines.
  • Experience working independently with little to no daily supervision.
  • Ability to pivot between negotiation projects and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively in uncertain environments.
  • Ability to track and report renewal metrics such as renewal rates.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Account management or sales experience is a bonus.
