Description

  • Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks to drive performance and growth for an enterprise retail account.
  • Lead and manage a team of paid search specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development support.
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management teams to build cohesive media plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on media strategy and results.
  • Develop and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid search and retail media networks.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment through open communication and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid search advertising, with a focus on retail media networks.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Deep understanding of retail media networks and platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, and Target Roundel.
  • Proficiency with paid search tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience leading and managing a team, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic paid search plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Candidates must be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
